Due to the handcrafted and custom nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless an item is damaged or defective.
 Damaged/Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
